Why is biking to work important to you? 

Biking to work provides mental and physical health benefits. It gives me time to disconnect and focus on my well-being.   

How do you think biking to work is important for bp?

Improve physical health, save money, and contribute to a greener environment.  We have less exposure to pollutions than car commuters which creates healthier employees which leads to lower healthcare costs, including lower premiums and fewer sick days.

Off and on since 2011 

Why is biking to work important to you? 

I get to improve my fitness, avoid traffic, be outside and get some time to think. 

How do you think biking to work is important for bp?

I'm typically in a better frame of mind when I get to work.

Why is biking to work important to you?? 

It's good to get exercise, relieve some stress, get outside and avoid I-10 traffic. It's just good practice all around and biking is pretty low impact on joints. 

How do you think biking to work is important for bp?

It promotes a active and healthy community as well as cutting down usage of cars.
