🌟Join us for 10 Days of Mindfulness Challenge!🌟
It's simple: devote to 10 self-care activities from October 1-10th and earn a prize for completing the challenge. Choose from an assortment physical activities to suit your needs.  There are options in person, virtually, on demand through Wellbeats, and as a takeaway to complete in your spare time.  We will culminate the challege in a full day of mindful activities held on the Houston Campus both at WL1 and Helios on October 10th in celebration of World Mental Health Day.

Earn your wellbeing activity points using the instructions below:

Group Exercise Class Points
To redeem 75 wellbeing points, login to your Thrive with Us portal powered by WebMD via bp.com/benefitsatbp or by the WebMD Wellness At Your Side app. Click Points & Rewards > Continue > Social > Complete 10 Group Exercise Classes > Report Completion and enter in the date of participation.
Wellbeats Class Points
Earn up to 150 wellbeing points by enrolling and/or completing Wellbeats classes. Login to your Thrive with US portal powered by WebMD via bp.com/benefitsatbp or by the WebMD Wellness At Your Side app. Click Points & Rewards > Continue > Social > Wellbeats Class Play Minutes. Complete 6, 20-minute Wellbeats classes and your points will be awarded within 2 weeks of completion.
Meditation Session Points
To redeem 25 wellbeing points, login to your Thrive with Us portal powered by WebMD via bp.com/benefitsatbp or by the WebMD Wellness At Your Side app. Click Points & Rewards > Continue > Emotional > Mindfulness Minutes Tracking: Quarter 4 > and click Enter Data.  You can also download the Headspace app to sync your minutes.
