Live Virtiual Classes!
The bp fitness center is happy to be now offering Shavonna’s Zumba Express and Stephen’s Power Half Hour. Get some live, custom motivation and exercise right on your screen—with some dancing thrown in!
We offer several daily Live Virtual Classes! Check out Hatha Yoga from MT or Pilates with Kirie! You can find the class schedule and links on our website.
The bp fitness center also has an online library of classes for you!
