It's simple: devote to 10 self-care activities from October 7-18th and earn a prize for completing the challenge. Choose from an assortment physical activities to suit your needs.  There are options in person, virtually, on demand through Wellbeats, and as a takeaway to complete in your spare time.  Celebrate your wellbeing and the first 30 participants to complete 10 mindful activities will receive a self-care package!
