
Whether you're a beginner or looking for an extra challenge, this program is designed for you! Let this program help to challenge yourself each week with trying different activities or improving your time, distance or the number of activities for each week. During the 6-weeks, members will work on accumulating overall distance, time and number of activities along with mini challenges each week.
For cyclist the MS 150 will be April 26-27, 2025. Starting points at Houston and Austin and ending Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Strava can help with tracking your training for the long bike ride. Along with incorporating strength training to improve the muscles for cycling and good stretches to help recover. Check out some of the Darebee workouts and stretches.

- Weekly updates, tips and articles to complement and encourage your workouts--posted on Yammer and in Strava!
- Raffle prizes for overall time, longest distance, and most activities recorded at the end of challenge!
- Weekly giveaways for top 20 on the leaderboard for Time, Distance and # of Activities during weeks 1, 2 and 3

- Well being Points - bp employees are able to earn well being points with doing the 5k run/walk - 75 points, 10k run/walk - 125 points. These points are good for 1 time during the year.
5k or 10k run/walk - To earn your points, complete the race at the event or virtually on your own. Then log into your Thrive portal for WebMD and put in you completed the race. No proof is needed, you will put in the date you completed the race.
Million Step Challenge - bp employees can earn points towards the Million Steps Challenge and quarterly Active Minutes Challenge by wearing your tracking device when training. Make sure your device is synced to the Thrive portal to make those steps count!
