Welcome to Cardio Mania!
Feb 17th - March 30th

This is a fantastic virtual and in-person challenge that allows you to participate anywhere.

Let's Get Moving!

If you have participated in Cardio Trek or Cyclemania, well Cardio Mania is a combination of both!

Whether you're a beginner or looking for an extra challenge, this program is designed for you! Let this program help to challenge yourself each week with trying different activities or improving your time, distance or the number of activities for each week. During the 6-weeks, members will work on accumulating overall distance, time and number of activities along with mini challenges each week.

For cyclist the MS 150 will be April 26-27, 2025. Starting points at Houston and Austin and ending Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Strava can help with tracking your training for the long bike ride. Along with incorporating strength training to improve the muscles for cycling and good stretches to help recover. Check out some of the Darebee workouts and stretches.
