It's simple: Devote to 10 self-care activities from October 10th - 20th and earn a prize for completing the challenge. Choose from an assortment physical activities to suit your needs.  There are options in person, virtually, on demand through Wellbeats, and as a takeaway to complete in your spare time.  Celebrate your wellbeing and the first 30 participants to complete 10 mindful activities will receive a self-care package!

A guided self-reflection on the 10-day journey. Participants can journal about what they learned, how they felt, what habits they want to carry forward, and any shifts in mindset or behavior. Submit your thoughts for a prize HERE

To redeem 75 wellbeing points, login to your Thrive with Us portal powered by WebMD via bp.com/benefitsatbp or by the WebMD Wellness At Your Side app. Click Points & Rewards > Continue > Social > Complete 10 Group Exercise Classes > Report Completion and enter in the date of participation.
Wellbeats Class Points
Earn up to 150 wellbeing points by enrolling and/or completing Wellbeats classes. Login to your Thrive with US portal powered by WebMD via bp.com/benefitsatbp or by the WebMD Wellness At Your Side app. Click Points & Rewards > Continue > Social > Wellbeats Class Play Minutes. Complete 6, 20-minute Wellbeats classes and your points will be awarded within 2 weeks of completion.

Track 10 days of meditation to earn 25 points.
