Whether you're a beginner or looking for an extra challenge, this program is designed for you! Let this program help to challenge yourself each week with trying different activities or improving your time, distance or the number of activities for each week. During the 6-weeks members will work on accumulating overall distance, time and number of activities along with mini challenges each week.

Each week will have a different theme:
- Weeks 1 & 4 – Tracking Time (Recognize for most overall time in a week)
- Weeks 2 & 5 – Tracking Distance (Recognize for overall longest distance in miles in a week)
- Weeks 3 & 6 – Tracking Activities (Most Activities Recorded i.e., Yoga, strength training, HIIT in a week)

- Weekly updates, tips and articles to complement and encourage your workouts--posted on Yammer and in Strava!

Weekly giveaways for mini weekly challenges!
- Well being Points - bp employees are able to earn well being points with doing the 5k run/walk - 75 points, 10k run/walk - 125 points. These points are good for 1 time during the year.
5k run/walk - To earn your points, complete the race at your own pace, time it yourself, and report back to the race organizer it was logged in Strava. Then log into your Thrive portal for WebMD and put in you completed the virtual race. No proof is needed, you will put in the date you completed the race.
10k run/walk or Sprint Duathlon (5k run/20k bike/2.5 run) - Complete any run, walk or bike event that is 10k (6.2 miles) or longer and earn 125 points.The way to earn wellbeing points for a community event (10k+ run, walk, or bike event) is to complete the race at your own pace, time it yourself, and report back your time to the race organizer. Then, upload proof of completion to your StayWell portal. Proof of completion may include: a picture of yourself at the event, results with time/name/website, or an email of your race completion from the race organizer.

Million Step Challenge - bp employees can earn points towards the Million Steps Challenge and quarterly Active Minutes Challenge by wearing your tracking device when training. Make sure your device is synced to the Thrive portal to make those steps count!
