Longest hold will receive medals & if you participate
in 2 or more exercises your name will be put in a raffle for a prize!
Monday Feb. 20th 11am-1pm
Grab the pull-up bar in an underhand position (palms facing in). Raise your body until your chin is over the bar (you may be assisted to this position). Attempt ends when your chin falls below the bar.
Position your elbows directly under your shoulders, with forearms parallel to each other. Raise your hips off the ground, creating a straight line from your heels to the top of your head; maintain a neutral head and spine during the hold. Draw your belly button towards your spine and tighten your gluteal muscles. Do not hold your breath.
