Wall Sit
Tuesday Feb. 21st 11am-1pm

Position yourself against a flat wall, with feet flat about 1-2 feet from the wall. Lower your hips until your thighs are parallel to the floor, with a 90-degree angle at the hips and knees. Keep arms straight overhead.

Wednesday Feb. 22nd 11am-1pm

Position your elbows directly under your shoulders, with forearms parallel to each other. Raise your hips off the ground, creating a straight line from your heels to the top of your head; maintain a neutral head and spine during the hold. Draw your belly button towards your spine and tighten your gluteal muscles. Do not hold your breath.
